This notice covers the Remodel or Build New diagnostic page and the form on it. It explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are

Hann Luxury Builders is the trading name of Res Comm Design Build dba Hann Builders, 5210 Spruce St, Bellaire, TX 77401.

Information you give us

• Your answers to the diagnostic questions, and the verdict they produce.
• Your first name and email address, and your phone number if you choose to add it.
• Whether you asked for a builder call from your verdict page.

We use this to show you your full verdict, to follow up about your project if you ask us to, and to prepare for that conversation.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider records standard technical information when you load the page, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request. It is used to keep the page running and secure. If you arrived from a link that carries campaign parameters (for example utm_source), we keep those with your answers so we know which post or ad brought you here.

Third-party services on these pages

• Vercel, which hosts this page.
• GoHighLevel, the customer relationship system where your details and answers are stored.

This page does not currently load analytics, session recording or advertising pixels.

What we send to advertising platforms when you submit the form

Nothing. Your details are not sent to Meta, Google or any other advertising platform. If that changes, this page will say exactly what is sent and how, before it happens.

Your choices

You can reply STOP to any text message to opt out of texts, or ask us at any time to stop contacting you, to show you what we hold about you, or to delete it. We do not share or sell your information.
