1. What the diagnostic is

The Remodel or Build New diagnostic gives a general, builder's read on your property based only on the answers you provide. It is not a quote, a proposal, a survey, an engineering assessment, or a promise about cost, schedule, permits or what any village will approve. Schedule ranges shown are illustrative.

2. Contact and messages

By submitting the form, you agree to be contacted by Hann Luxury Builders via phone, text, and email regarding your project. Msg & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. We do not share or sell your information.

3. No obligation

Using the diagnostic or requesting a builder call creates no contract and no obligation on either side. Any construction work is governed only by a separate written agreement.
